I’ve been looking at the liverpool icefestival and would like to know if the four attractions require a separate ticket as I wouldn’t want to do the icerink and how long would your ticket allow you to stay in let’s say for example the ice bar and are you able to go to and from each different attraction.

Hi there, want to go and visit the Ice Bar, can you get tickets at the bar or are they only available on Ticketmaster? Thanx

    • Liverpool ONE on said:

      Hi Jane,
Yes you can buy tickets from the main bar or the box office on site for access to the Ice Bar on the day, subject to availability.

Hi, will be celebrating my 60th weekend 24 Nov and this sounds fab. Chavasse park is that in the centre of Liverpool and can you recommend any hotels in the area will be 13 in party altogether. Many thanks. Liz

      Hi,
There are lots of great hotels for various budgets all with great access to Chavasse Park which is part of Liverpool ONE and Liverpool City Centre. Here is a website for hotels: http://www.visitliverpool.com/accommodation if you select Liverpool City Centre the options will all be within easy reach. The nearest hotel to Chavasse Park is the Hilton, but also near by is the Hard Days Night Hotel and a Novotel. There are also serviced apartments available. I would suggest that you book your tickets for the #icefestival in advance on the website http://www.liverpool-one.com/website/
Hope you enjoy your weekend – let us know how you get on!
      Thanks
      Roz

    • Hi there is a fantastic place to stay just by Liverpool One if you search for Posh Pads in Liverpool you also get a kitchen area, dining area and 2 rooms. My sister got a good deal but not sure what prices are like at the minute. I just thought it would be good as there are 13 of you. Have fun.

Hi, I am looking into booking tickets for the ice bar for a start of a night out. I have heard of other Ic bars that give you coats and gloves to wear when you get there. I was wondering if this Ice Bar does the same or are we advised to dress in warm clothes?

    Thanks

Hi. Does it cost extra to buy direct from box office as ticket master charge 95p booking fee then £2 just to email the tickets?! So the price isn’t as it seems. Seems excessive for an email! Thanks

    • Liverpool ONE on said:

There is no booking fee if you purchase from the Box Office on Chavasse Park. But please be aware that tickets bought on the day are subject to availability!

The rink is generally open when it rains, but there is a chance it will be closed if the rain is heavy. Please call 0151 232 3100 to check before you turn up.

Been to the ice rink twice now since opening. Was lucky enough to see the penguins and the reindeer on the opening day/night. Its amazing although as a student I’d only pay out for the skating because its just brilliant and its a proper amazing little real ice rink aswell.

Thinking of bringing my boys to visit Santa on sat, how long are you in the grotto for roughly as would like to book the ice slide too but don’t want the times to overlap?

  9. Hi

I want to buy tickets as a gift. Am just wondering, as you have to enter a date when purchasing, does the date have to be strictly adhered to? Thanks.

    • Liverpool ONE on said:

      Hi James,
We’re sorry to say that yes the dates and times do need to be adhered to as you are buying a ticket for a specific slot. We currently have no gift vouchers. But thanks for your feedback, we’ll make sure we consider gifts for next year.

  11. I visited the grotto this evening with my 4 year old niece and it was amazing. We were greeted by the elf then taken through to see father Xmas and then the magic really happened – he was amazing! The best father Christmas ever (Carl McFarlane) – my niece was mesmorised throughout and was made to feel very special by Santa. I was even transported back to when I was a child and started believing myself. Awesome! Highly recommended

  12. Hi ive just got tickets for the ice rink and was wondering where the box office is and if tou have to collect the tickets days befor hand or the same day uve booked for

    • Liverpool ONE on said:

      Hi Sammie,
You can collect on the day but make sure you arrive with plenty of time before your skating session as there may be a long queue for the Box Office.
