It’s Liverpool app makes the Northern Digital Awards shortlist as ‘Best App’

We’re not one to brag (ahem!) but our It’s Liverpool app, which launched earlier this year, has been shortlisted for ‘Best App’ in the Northern Digital Awards. Get in.

For those of you who don’t know, our app offers an invaluable, authentic and honest user’s-eye view of the city.  Boasting native and location aware technology, the app is smart choice for residents, visitors, businesses and students alike.

Since its launch in March 2015 there have been over 6,500 downloads of the app, from over 75 countries across the world, as visitors choose to make the most of their stay in Liverpool.

With a basic guide to the city including what’s on, a list of attractions, bars, restaurants, shopping and places to stay,  we’ve got your exploratory needs covered.  If you’re stuck for inspiration, we’ve got a selection of suggested itineraries, experiences and even local business owners talking about their view of the city.

We think the It’s Liverpool app is the best way to discover the heart of the city.  But don’t take our word for it. Our users have given us 5 star reviews of the app on the App Store.

The Northern Digital Awards, which were first launched in 2015 by Don’t Panic Event Management and Prolific North, recognise the very best in digital marketing campaigns and talent in the North.  They reward websites, apps and software which reflect the online world that public, private and third sector organisations now inhabit, trade and communicate in.

The ceremony takes place on 28th January 2016.  If we win, you’ll be the first to know.
